Thousands demonstrate for ceasefire in Cambridge, Mass.

Members of the Communist Party USA joined a mass demonstration for ceasefire in Cambridge, Mass. on Sunday, March 2.

Following a rally in front of Cambridge City Hall, they marched to MIT outside the Rogers Building.

“The war has to stop,” Fawaz Abusharkh said, a leader of the Boston Coalition for Palestine and of the Palestinian House of New England.

“It was the largest ceasefire rally so far in Cambridge,” said one party member. “The crowd spilled out into the streets and blocked Massachusetts Ave.”
