On the occasion of the 28th National Convention of the Communist Party of the United Sates of America, we would like to convey to the Convention and, through the Convention, to all your Partys membership our warmest greetings.
We wish you to successfully implement the 28th Convention Resolutions, actively participate in the struggle of the working class and laboring people of the United States of America for the populations wellbeing, democracy and social progress, and to enhance the solidarity and cooperation amongst communist and left parties, of peace-loving, democratic and progressive forces in the region and the world for peace, national independence, democracy and social progress.
May the 28th National Convention of the Communist Party of the USA be crowned with success!
May the relations of friendship and solidarity between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Communist Party, USA and between the peoples of Vietnam and the United States be unceasingly consolidated and developed!
