State federations and local labor councils are organizing rallies. The AFL-CIO is calling on its members to take a stand for workers’ power. And, inspired by the historic Minnesota general strike that forced the Trump administration to back down on Operation Metro Surge, the masses are taking up the demand for a day of NO WORK, NO SCHOOL, NO SHOPPING to show that we have the power to stop billionaires’ attack on democracy in its tracks.
