Communist Party USA held its 27th National Convention July 6-8, 2001 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The following was the proposed Convention schedule, to be adopted at the Convention.

Note: All events were at the Union Building, 2200 East Kenwood Blvd, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.


Thursday, July 5

Noon Registration opens
7pm Meeting of the outgoing National Committee
8pm-midnight Coffeehouse (music, poetry, etc.)

Friday, July 6

8am Registration opens

9:30am Opening Plenary
— Welcome, greetings
— Presentation of agenda, election of chair(s)
